Dangers of Psychiatric Drugs - Facts & Education

Harvard-trained psychiatrist, Dr. Peter Breggin, has spent decades changing the way others view mental health and the use of psychotropic medication. He has written several books on the topic including: Toxic Psychiatry (1991), Talking Back to Prozac (1994), Medication MadnessThe Role of Psychiatric Drugs in Cases of Violence, Suicide, and Crime (2008), and Psychiatric Drug Withdrawal: A Guide for Prescribers, Therapists, Patients, and Their Families(2013). Dr. Breggin is a medical expert in cases involving malpractice and product liability in the adverse side-effects of psychotropic medications. I highly recommend reading some of his books to understand both the dangers of taking psychiatric drugs as well as the dangers of withdrawing from them.
